General Coverage Questions

What areas are covered by this roadside assistance plan?

The roadside assistance service covers all areas within Thailand, including Bangkok, metropolitan areas, and all provinces. Service response times may vary depending on location and traffic conditions.

How many times can I use the emergency services?

Most basic services, including battery jump-start, tire change, and fuel delivery, are available with unlimited usage. Towing service is limited to once per insurance period for Plan 1 (30km) and twice for Plan 2 (30km each time, total 60km).

Service Usage and Benefits

What happens if I need towing beyond the covered distance?

If the required towing distance exceeds the plan's coverage (30km for Plan 1, 60km for Plan 2), additional charges will apply based on actual distance. These charges will be informed and agreed upon before service delivery.

How does the daily compensation benefit work?

The daily compensation benefit is activated when a car accident results in hospitalization of the driver or passengers. Plan 1 provides 2,000 THB per person per day, while Plan 2 offers 4,000 THB per person per day, for up to 7 people and a maximum of 30 days. This compensation is paid directly to the covered individuals.

What is covered under the emergency key service?

The emergency key service provides coverage up to 500 THB per incident, with unlimited usage throughout the insurance period. This includes locksmith services if you're locked out of your vehicle or need emergency key assistance.

Is fuel cost included in the emergency fuel delivery service?

The service covers the delivery of fuel to your location. However, the cost of the fuel itself is not included and must be paid by the customer at standard market rates.

Additional Services

How do I access the additional concierge services?

All additional services such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and golf course bookings can be accessed through the 24-hour service center. While the assistance and booking services are included in your plan, actual costs for flights, hotels, or other bookings are not covered.

Policy and Claims

What happens if I cancel my insurance policy?

If the insurance policy is cancelled, all roadside assistance services and benefits will be terminated simultaneously. Any unused portion of the coverage may be subject to the insurance provider's cancellation policies.

Can I transfer my roadside assistance coverage to another person?

The roadside assistance coverage is exclusively for the policyholder and cannot be transferred to another person. The policyholder must be present at the incident location when requesting services.

Service Limitations

Are there any service limitations I should be aware of?

Service coverage is limited to within Thailand only. The maximum service limit is one policy per incident and cannot be combined with emergency funds from other policies. For towing and vehicle assistance, services are provided based on standard vehicle specifications.

What's not included in the coverage?

The plan does not cover costs arising from usage damage, spare parts, components, fuel costs, expressway fees, or any other expenses beyond the specified benefits. Any additional costs will be communicated and require approval before service delivery.

What kind of technical support is provided?

The plan includes 24/7 technical support via phone, offering professional guidance on basic car problems and advice on immediate actions that can be taken in various emergency situations. This service is provided unlimited times throughout the coverage period.

Terms and Conditions

In case of towing/lifting the vehicle, the service fee is 25 THB per incident or will be charged as a lump sum on-site
This service does not include costs arising from usage damage, spare parts or components, fuel costs, expressway fees and equipment, or other expenses beyond the insured's benefits
For any costs incurred from using the service, the Service Center will notify the insured in advance to obtain consent before proceeding with any action
If the insured cancels the policy, the emergency breakdown assistance service will also be terminated
The Company/Service Center reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice
Conditions are subject to Company/Service Center specifications. In case of disputes, the decision of the Company/Service Center shall be final
This service is exclusively for the driver specified in the policy only, rights cannot be transferred, and the policy driver must be present at the incident site when requesting service
